KSEM PLUS™ Inserts
The KSEM PLUS™, DFT and DFR inserts for modular drills with A1 heads are great for steel, cast iron materials, and stainless-steel environments where a highly productive large-diameter drill system is required. They can be used at very high cutting speeds enabling advanced metal removal rates. For more difficult applications, use the more versatile KSEM PLUS B1 head with DFC inserts. The DFC inserts provide lateral guidance, ensuring good hole quality. Additionally, KSEM PLUS centering inserts are designed with a straight cutting edge for maximum stability in short chipping steels and interrupted cuts.
