Mill 1-18 is a versatile end mill and shell mill system great for profiling, slotting, ramping, helical interpolation, plunging, and other shoulder milling applications. This multi-functional tooling system is engineered to add cutting versatility, especially for larger axial depths of cut. Results include reduced cycle times and lower cutting forces. Cutter diameters up to 8" (160mm), axial depth of cut up to .708" (18mm), and insert radii up to .250" (6.35mm). Geometries and grades are available for most workpiece materials, especially aluminum.
