HARVII™ Ultra 8x Taper Flange Adapters & Extensions

HARVI Ultra 8x taper flange adapters and extensions achieve maximum tool stiffness and maximum tool life during shoulder milling applications. They provide higher stability than straight flanges, adding unequal bending resistance. These adapters and extensions are perfect for use in demanding applications like high-temperature alloy airframe structural parts machining. The bolt taper on the adapters provides maximum flexibility with KM4X, HSK, DV, CV, and BT tool holder connection styles. Additionally, the large volume through coolant design in the center supports chip evacuation and controls heat in the cutting zone.
