Kennametal tangential turning inserts and tool holders are engineered to minimize cutting forces, resulting in smoother and more efficient material removal. The tangential orientation of the insert allows for better chip control and enhanced surface quality during turning.  Our FIX8™ inserts feature 8 cutting edges for medium machining and heavy roughing applications.
