FIX8 es la solución de torneado intensivo con ocho filos de corte por plaquita.

Ideal para mecanizado medio y desbaste con el menor coste por filo.

Un sistema de fijación único lleva la plaquita al asiento del alojamiento, lo que permite que la plaquita soporte grandes fuerzas de corte y vibraciones. Las grandes capacidades de profundidad de corte (hasta 12 mm) y de avance (hasta 1,4 mm) garantizan las mayores tasas posibles de evacuación del metal en acero, fundición y aceros inoxidables.

Con un 15 % menos de fuerzas de corte, el FIX8 también es adecuado para tornos de baja potencia.

El diseño tangencial aumenta la cantidad de metal duro entre la pieza de trabajo y el portaherramientas, lo que permite que el sistema soporte cargas mayores. Un apoyo de metal duro protege el alojamiento contra la deformación y garantiza la seguridad del proceso.
