Excelente calidad superficial y mayores tasas de evacuación del metal

El diseño único permite aplicar la herramienta en varias pasadas, denominadas “rebajes”.

La mayoría de las herramientas dejan marcas de la herramienta con cada pasada que realizan, lo que resulta en acabados de pared poco satisfactorios o de baja calidad. Esto suele requerir otra pasada de acabado al final del proceso.

Mill 4-15 elimina esa pasada de acabado con una herramienta adicional, lo que le ahorra tiempo y dinero.

  • Plaquita de doble cara con 4 filos de corte sólidos por plaquita.
  • Bajas fuerzas de corte gracias a la geometría altamente positiva.
  • Aplicación en acero, fundición, acero inoxidable, materiales no ferrosos y aleaciones de alta temperatura. Para desbaste y acabado.
  • Fresado escuadrado a 90° con excelente capacidad de acabado superficial y de pared.
  • Geometría SGE-H para fresado helicoidal. Cuerpos de fresa disponibles previa solicitud. 
  • La capacidad de rebaje proporciona excelentes acabados superficiales y de pared.
