Sistema de alta precisión para la producción de grandes volúmenes donde se requieren aplicaciones de mandrinado fino totalmente automatizadas con tolerancias extremadamente ajustadas.

Con un rango de diámetros de 4–213 mm (0.1575–8.3858"), Romicron ofrece una precisión de orificio de hasta IT6, una cilindricidad de orificio de hasta 5 μm y una posición de orificio de hasta 5 μm.

Romicron, aplicable en cualquier material, reduce el tiempo de puesta en marcha y las tasas de desechos al tiempo que aumenta la productividad general y la eficiencia del equipo.

Las máquinas existentes se pueden adaptar fácilmente a la compensación automatizada del desgaste de la plaquita utilizando el pasador de mandrinado de bucle cerrado estándar.

Con una sonda, se pueden eliminar los cortes de control que consumen mucho tiempo, las costosas herramientas gemelas o los cambios de plaquita en el área de pre-reglaje.

El ajuste del diámetro puede realizarse dentro de la máquina.

Proceso de ajuste del diámetro

  • Una sonda mide y comunica el diámetro real al control de la máquina.
  • El control de la máquina calcula la diferencia entre el diámetro real y el objetivo y calcula el número de clics necesarios en la herramienta Romicron.
  • Después de eso, el husillo se mueve con la herramienta Romicron hasta el pasador de mandrinado de bucle cerrado. Se puede instalar el pasador en cualquier lugar de la mesa.
  • La mesa se acopla con uno de los orificios del anillo de ajuste del diámetro.
  • El husillo gira alrededor de su propio eje y el ajuste calculado se aplicará a la herramienta.
