La herramienta de taladrado y avellanado HiPACS es un sistema único de alta precisión que logra tolerancias de avellanado angular de un grado en aplicaciones de orificios de sujeción aeroespaciales.

Diseñada para amarrarse en un mandril hidráulico estándar, HiPACS consta de tres componentes estándar listos para usar:

  • El manguito reductor HiPACS tiene un asiento de alojamiento de alta precisión integrado para una plaquita avellanada.
  • La plaquita de avellanado HiPACS PCD
  • Las brocas de metal duro integral HiPACS con geometría de punta SPF y DAL.

Este sistema fácil de montar reduce el coste por orificio, ya que la plaquita de taladrado y biselado se puede cambiar independientemente.
Sustituye la costosa broca escalonada personalizada, separa la vida útil de la herramienta y el coste de la plaquita y la broca.
