Drill Fix DFR • Inserts
The Drill Fix DFR platform offers maximum feed rates in holemaking applications. The inserts are rectangular-shaped inboard and outboard inserts enabling soft starting cuts and short chips for higher feed rates than small-size symmetrical-trigon or square inserts. Drill Fix DFR's low cutting forces provide long tool body life and the highest stability at the smallest sizes. The same insert size can be used for each pocket, reducing inventory costs.
