KCFM 45 sorgt für hochpräzise Plattensitze mit einem Rundlauf von zwei Mikrometer – was die höchsten Oberflächenanforderungen übertrifft.
Die hoch-positiven Geometrien von Vorschlicht- und Breitschlichtwendeplatten sorgen für niedrigere Schnittkräfte und Vibrationen – insbesondere auf dünnwandigen gusseisernen Komponenten, und eignen sich für die trockene und Nassbearbeitung.

Keramik- und CBN-Sorten erhältlich. Ermöglichen höhere Schnittgeschwindigkeiten und somit höhere Produktivität. Niedrigere Kosten pro Teil.

  • Nichteinstellbare Plattensitze für Schlichtwendeplatten zum Vorschlichten
  • Verstellbare Plattensitze für Kassetten mit Schlichtplatten und für Kassetten mit Vorschlichtwendeschneidplatten
  • Nummerierungssystem für Plattensitze zur Verkürzung der Rüstzeit

Der Fräserkörper hat feste und verstellbare Plattensitze und verfügt über zwei Optionen:

  1. Bestückung aller Plattensitze mit Schlichtwendeplatten zum Vorschlichten bei niedrigeren Oberflächenanforderungen. Für verstellbare Plattensitze sind Kassetten für Schlichtwendeplatten zum Vorschlichten verfügbar.
  2. Für höchste Oberflächenanforderungen werden verstellbare Plattensitze mit Schlichtplatten bestückt, indem die Kassetten für Schlichtplatten verwendet werden.
