Das HiPACS-Bohr- und -Senkwerkzeug ist ein einzigartiges Hochpräzisionssystem, das bei Nietlochbohrungen eine Winkeltoleranz von 1 Grad an der Senkung ermöglicht.

Konzipiert für das Spannen in ein standardmäßiges Hydrodehnspannfutter, HiPACS setzt sich aus drei ab Lager lieferbaren Standardkomponenten zusammen:

  • Die HiPACS-Reduzierhülse, mit integriertem, hochpräzisem Plattensitz für eine Senk-Schneidplatte
  • HiPACS-PKD-Senk-Schneidplatte
  • Die HiPACS-Vollhartmetall-Bohrer mit SPF- und DAL-Stirngeometrie.

Dieses einfach zu montierende System reduziert die Kosten pro Bohrung, da Bohrer- und Fasen-Schneidkörper unabhängig voneinander indexiert werden können.
Ersetzt teure kundenspezifische Stufenbohrer, erhöht die Standzeit und spart Kosten für Schneidkörper und Bohrer.
