HiPACSドリル加工および座ぐり加工工具は独自の高精密システムにより、航空宇宙ファスナー穴アプリケーションにおいて1°の座ぐり角度公差を実現します。

標準タイプのハイドロチャックにクランプ可能な設計となっているHiPACSは、3つの標準即納部品で構成されています。

  • HiPACSレデューサスリーブ（特長：座ぐりインサート用に組み込んだ高精密ポケットシート）
  • HiPACS PCD座ぐりインサート
  • HiPACS超硬ソリッドドリル（SPFおよびDAL先端形状付き)

組み立てが簡単な本システムは、ドリルと面取りインサートが個別に位置合わせ可能となるため、加工穴あたりのコストを削減します。
高額なカスタムソリューションのステップドリルからの交換、インサートとドリルの寿命やコストを個別化します。
