FIX-PERFECT 0° Aluminum
The Fix-Perfect aluminum cutting platform is excellent for milling aluminum and other non-ferrous materials. The cutter design is particularly well-suited for thin-walled or poorly fixtured workpieces, where stability and precision are paramount. The Fix-Perfect aluminum cutters and inserts produce improved surface finishes and flatness, meeting the ultimate precision requirements. Cutters are available for high-speed machining, with fixed and adjustable pockets or a 24° positive rake that enables free cutting action. Inserts have two cutting edges.
